• PLANS - Prices start at $150 and vary depending on the complexity of the design. Credit is given towards the account if Sparrow Landscapes constructs the design.
• GARDENS - A basic job, such as creating a naturalistic garden landscaping, costs around $12 per square foot. A more formal garden, featuring water, walls or fence, costs between $15-$25 per square foot.
• TREES - An average sized tree costs $125-$250. A large tree costs $250 to $500 or more.
• MULCH - Mulch averages $60-$80 per cubic yard (or $0.55~$0.75 per Sq Ft per 3 inches thick).
• HARDSCAPING - Adding a concrete walkway or natural stone costs $5 to $35 per square foot, depending on the material.
• PERGOLA - A pergola, a kind of standing structure for plants which provides a recreational area below, costs $8,000-$12,000
• PONDS - A pond costs approximately $7,500.
• FENCING - Fencing can cost $10-$30 per linear foot.

Lawn Maintenance Cost

• LAWNS - For Lawn Maintenance (Mowing, Edge Trimming and Blowing) Prices start at $35 for a basic lot but vary depending on the size of the yard.
• CLEAN-UPS -Yard clean-ups (including leaves or debris) cost $100 -$400 depending on the time required, debris to be removed and disposal fees if required.
• GUTTER CLEANING - Gutter cleaning start at $40.
